Trident Roll Shutter Doors make hundreds of doors each year which fall into two categories - Single sided and double sided. We also install them locally when required.

The production of Single Sided Doors is primarily aimed at the kitchen market for use on bench cupboards and pantries, storage units as well as marine applications. Available in a variety of pre finished board such as Melamine and Panelart as well as solid timbers where specified, these doors are lacquered or prepared for lacquering and can be made to be lockable as required.

In addition to the two types of doors, we manufacture two distinct roller door profiles. We differentiate them as the Pioneer and Designer Series.

The Pioneer Series uses our traditional 19mm lath while the Designer Series uses a smaller 16mm lath. The Designer Series allows a contemporary look in keeping with kitchen design fashion and is 80% quieter in operation.

The Double Sided Doors, which can have a differing finish on either side are produced mainly for Servery and Commercial applications - usually in solid timber and lockable. Solid Rimu for example has become a specialty. The Face and Back Profiles differ as the back is eased so as to roll around the motor tube.

The most common application is for inter room services, bar frontages and situations where a measure of security is required.
