FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SINGLE SIDED DOORS

Track

  1. Check the measurement A, B & C. Cut door stop length to suit the pelmet height (C) 40 to 90mm as marked on the Trident bracket.

  2. Slide the aluminium tracks over the door stop and hold up to the Trident bracket. Then check that the length 'A' has a 1mm clearance.

  3. Place the Trident bracket and track flush with the face of the unit and screw fix with the screws provided.

Door

  1. With the handle rail removed, place the left hand roller pin into the corresponding hole in the left hand bracket (as listed above) then insert the right hand lug into the right hand bracket at the same level as the pin.

  2. Rotate the roll clockwise (see right hand bracket detail) up to the recommended rotations (as listed above), then, slide the Tambour over the wheel and down into the aluminium tracks.

  3. The door handle is now ready to have the handle rail refitted.

Fascia

  1. The fascia can be screw fixed with screws provided through the pilot hole in the back of the aluminium track.
  • Note
    Warranty void on spring if damage is due to tensioning in the wrong direction.
